We’re working towards an end goal of improving rural skills training, education and work opportunities in Scotland. We’re strategic in our approach - the industry opportunities and training we provide are always based on our analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the land-based sector and scrutinised by many pairs of eyes.

It’s important that the land-based sector becomes a valued career choice and one that allows for career progression. In order for this to happen, the training and opportunities we develop will include upskilling the current workforce and creating new entry points to the industry.
